As a T24 Functional Product Analyst / Business Analyst, you will serve as a subject matter expert across multiple T24 modules, translating business requirements into functional specifications and ensuring optimal alignment between processes and system capabilities. You will contribute to parameter setup, configuration, and user management while supporting implementation, integration, and training activities.
What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed
- Lead functional consulting across T24 modules including TPH, Trade Finance, AA-Retail, AA-Deposits, Securities, and Treasury.
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to capture, assess, and translate requirements into functional specifications aligned with T24 capabilities.
- Perform parameter setup and configuration within T24 modules to meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Apply TAABS expertise to manage core banking processes and support system enhancements.
- Map business processes to T24 functionalities to ensure efficient system usage.
- Provide user management and support, including role configuration, access rights, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to support T24 implementation and optimisation.
- Offer functional expertise during system integration, upgrades, and migrations to minimise disruption.
- Bridge functional and technical gaps by communicating effectively with technical teams.
- Conduct functional training and workshops to enhance stakeholder adoption and competency.
We’d Love to Hear From You If…
Experience
- You have at least 10 years of experience as a business analyst or functional consultant.
- You have worked extensively across T24 modules including TPH, Trade Finance, AA-Retail, AA-Deposits, Securities, and Treasury.
Technical Expertise
- You have hands-on experience in parameter setup and configuration within T24.
- You have strong experience in TAABS.
- You have solid user management skills and can map business needs to T24 functionalities.
- You have a technical background in Temenos T24 (advantage).
