Technical Recruiter
Summary
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for an efficient end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring Thakral One is built with competent and high-performing talent. This role involves collaborating with hiring/resource managers to identify requirements and traits that predict future performance, applying strategic sourcing methods, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop candidate interest for available positions and client companies.
- Identify target companies, user groups, and professional associations to inform search parameters.
- Build a network of referrals and maintain a steady pipeline of candidates.
- Organize recruitment data to measure performance and sourcing initiatives.
- Apply relevant sourcing strategies based on current talent market knowledge and recruitment data.
- Conduct cold calls and email campaigns.
- Understand budget requirements based on candidate skills and experience.
- Consult on timeline expectations, work within time-to-hire metrics, and address daily impediments to ensure the quick endorsement of shortlisted candidates.
- Consult on job descriptions, identify hiring needs, and understand required skills and experiences.
- Understand the role, responsibilities, and performance indicators.
- Develop strategies to attract candidates through social media, job portals, events, and campus engagements.
- Conduct interviews and screen applicants based on job requirements and performance indicators, identifying traits like learning agility and resilience.
- Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment processes.
- Organize recruitment data and reports to inform acquisition strategies.
- Network with academic affiliations and technology groups to promote branding and career opportunities.
- Stay updated on tech trends and emerging technologies in the FSI and telco space.
- Provide insightful recruitment reports to team managers and stakeholders as needed.
- Work with the Marketing team to update and release Thakral One’s Employee Referral Program.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, any behavioral science, technical or management course.
- At least 3-year experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- With experience sourcing and recruiting roles with technical skills such as: Java, .NET, front end development, mobile development, Cloud (AWS), Data Engineers and latest technologies.
- Preferably with experience in volume recruitment and outsourcing, demonstrating the ability to quickly endorse and process a high volume of candidates in a metrics-driven environment.
