A major Telco in Asia has been investing in adding real-time marketing capabilities to their existing campaign management system with the objective of increasing revenue and subscriber loyalty.
Thakral One’s multi-disciplinary team was deployed to provide the following services:
- Review of functional and technical specifications;
- Data input and real-time data monitoring;
- Building new campaigns on the new platform to prove; value and generate ROI; and
- Reporting and analytics.
Thakral One supported the Telco in configuring and deploying around thirty marketing campaigns, and assisted the in-house team in the development of use cases including top-ups, rewards, driving usage and location-based campaigns.
As a result of the project, Thakral One was honoured by the client as one of their most significant contributors to achieving real-time and event-based campaigns.
